On rare occasions, as a part of the normal manufacturing process, a fine powdery residue of cellulose can be seen on the outside of the capsules. This is a result of what is known as the polishing process, which is one of the last steps in manufacturing. The capsules are polished to give them a nice shiny appearance. Occasionally, some of the residue from polishing remains on the outside of the capsules when they are bottled. It is perfectly safe to take these capsules. It is not spilled medication on the outside of the capsules. That being said, any customer who finds this fine powder residue on the outside of the capsules may call us and ask for a replacement bottle at any time. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority.

Refunds are only available within 30 days of purchase. The bank or credit card company may take some time to complete the refund process.
