Order Processing

  • Orders received Monday–Friday before 1:00 PM EST ship the same business day (our account is in the warehouse's priority batch).

  • Orders received after 1:00 PM EST ship the next business day.

Standard Shipping

  • Standard shipping methods are mapped to Best Rate Economy

  • This method does not guarantee 1–2 business day delivery.

TikTok Orders

    • TikTok orders are shipped via FedEx Ground Economy.

    • USPS cannot be used for TikTok orders unless shipping on TikTok's carrier account.

    • Average transit time: approximately 3.3 business days.

International Shipping

  • FedEx International Connect Plus: Estimated 2–7 business days (most countries).

  • USPS First-Class International: Estimated 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.

  • All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid).

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery.

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping eligibility is determined by VitasupportMD/Shopify settings, not the warehouse.

Shipping Damage Claims

  • Customers should report damaged shipments directly to VitasupportMD Customer Service.

  • We will work with the fulfillment warehouse to file the carrier claim.

  • Customers cannot file shipping claims directly with the carrier since shipments are sent under the warehouse's carrier account.
