John A. Chuback, MD

Dr. Chuback is a double board-certified General and Cardiovascular Surgeon. After completing his residency training at the internationally renowned Strong Memorial Hospital at the University of Rochester Medical Center, Dr. Chuback spent his first 5 years in practice performing open-heart procedures in his home state of New Jersey.

After obtaining advanced post-graduate training in the contemporary management of varicose veins using laser therapy in 2005, the doctor became passionate about this exciting new specialty. This inspired him to found Chuback Medical Group, a center of excellence in venous disease. Subsequently, the doctor obtained numerous additional credentials as his expertise developed and matured. He is now a Diplomate of The American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine (ABVLM) and holds numerous certifications in vascular ultrasonography. These important credentials include: Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), Registered Phlebology Sonographer (RPhS) and Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI).

For the last 15 years, Dr. Chuback has been caring for patients with vascular disorders of all types. And, for more than 12 years, he has focused his efforts on treating problems related to the venous component of the circulatory system.
